Quick answers

  • Forgot to log a day? Open History and tap any past day to backfill it. There is never a penalty.
  • To add a widget, long-press the Home Screen, tap Add, and search for GetBer.
  • Your Level never goes down. Form reflects your recent seven days.
  • Your core habit data stays on your device and, when available, syncs through your private iCloud database.
  • Export your data from Settings as CSV or JSON.
  • AI is optional and off by default. Turn it off at any time in Settings.

Subscriptions and restoration

Purchases are handled by Apple. If a paid feature is missing after reinstalling the app or changing devices, open the GetBer paywall and choose Restore Purchases.

Response time

We usually respond within 24–48 hours. Include your iOS version and GetBer version when reporting a technical issue, but do not email private diary content or payment information.
