Core app data

GetBer requires no GetBer account and has no ads, third-party analytics, or tracking. Your scores, skills, notes, goals, coaching memory, and history are stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud database. GetBer cannot read that private database.

You can export your history as CSV or JSON from Settings. StoreKit connects to Apple to manage purchases and restore subscriptions.

Optional AI features

AI features are off by default. AI scoring sends only the sentence you submit, up to 500 characters, and the relevant stat names and context over HTTPS to GetBer’s Cloudflare service. The service verifies an active Apple subscription and sends the request to Anthropic’s Claude API.

Momentum Coach sends your short check-in, locally saved goal, up to seven daily completion percentages, and a small selective memory summary. It does not send your raw diary, full activity history, or a chat transcript.

How AI request data is handled

GetBer processes AI request data only to answer your request. GetBer does not use it for advertising or tracking and does not store the request text. The service uses a one-way pseudonymous key derived from the Apple subscription transaction to enforce per-user daily limits.

You can turn AI off in Settings at any time to stop AI requests.

• Apple provides iCloud synchronization and StoreKit purchases.
• Cloudflare hosts GetBer’s AI request service and enforces usage limits.
• Anthropic processes optional AI scoring and coaching requests.
